Hi all,

I am trying to set up my LGP2 for my Nintendo Switch, and I have all cables in their correct positions, but am encountering an error. I am able to view, record, stream the output on my PC, but nothing makes it to my TV. If I switch the device to PC-Free mode, I get a display successfully on my TV, but no amount of switching around which cable goes where or updating firmware seems to fix the problem that I cannot get any output to reach my TV (essentially rendering the device unplayable). Is this a known error, and how can I work around it?

I have watched multiple setup tutorials with the exact same configuration, including one with the same model and a nintendo switch. The configuration I am working with is the one portrayed in this graphic (everything works except the middle branch, where something should be showing up on the television): https://puu.sh/EAzWl/36da195fb2.png

Hello,

I have a problem with my AverMedia Live Gamer Portable 2 Plus and the capturing of retro game footage. I connected my old Nintendo 64 with an AV (RGB to HDMI) Upscaler to my Live Gamer Portable 2 Plus, the output signal goes to my screen. The Passthrough works fine, I can see and hear my Nintendo 64 game, so the signal definitely goes through. But I am only able to capture sound in OBS and get a black screen (sometimes it flickers pink) as videosource in OBS. What did I do wrong? When the signal goes through it should be detectable or not? Please help.
